    Hey all, i got my Hero the other day really like it, coming from a BB 8350i. I noticed that it wont stay connected to my home Wi-Fi, i entered the password into the Hero and it says the signal is too week or cant connect. What am i doing wrong? My laptop is Wi-Fi and it has a full signal.

    When you set up your home wifi, did you enable Mac address filters? This can block any piece of hardware that is not recognized by the router.

    Open a browser window on a pc on the network. In the address field type the ip address of the router - usually default on home routers is 192.168.1.100 - but it would be printed in the instructions that came with the router. This will dry you into the router to check the settings of the router. You can also contact the support for the router manufacturer.
