    From within the market, it's Menu > Downloads, right? It will show all downloads and purchases.

    Why would you need to? If there is an update to a n app you have, the app is at the top of the Marketplace app list when you open the Marketplace.

    Also, if you go to Menu, Settings, Applications, Manage Applications, you can see all the apps installed on your device.
