I'm at best buy. My friend is getting one. Almost ready to take home. They are setting it up. Pretty sweet looking phone. I can't wait to test it. :-)

Use your Galaxy with exchange account, listen some radio and let your apps synced. Then tell me your battery life.
You may not be hard user but that does not mean battery life is perfect.
Just read some comment about battery life of it from xdadevelopers forum.

You gotta break in your battery first. I got a Droid 3 and I went 24 hours on one charge. It is all in how you extend it out.

Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk | I am not getting in a debate bud. I am more then pleased with Ckiskelo 2.3.5 Rom and siyah 1.7.7 kernel. I have both my Gmail and Rogers email synced. I am am pretty heavy browser. My phone has been off charge 11hrs 16 min, display time 53% and my battery is 58%. I am sorry but this is much better then my 9900.

From what I've heard from users that have it, battery life is pretty good.
As with any Android device, make sure you don't have an app that's a battery hog.
If Verizon had it, I would be typing on it now. Perhaps I can type on the Nexus Prime in the near future.

Yes I don't want, either..
With official Rom battery life sucks, i mean.
I have italian Rom, siyah kernel 1.7.8 rc4, setcpu with skale of smartassv2..
yes my battery life gets longer with hard usage.
I'm also happy with that way.
But we don't have to do that as a consumer for expanding battery life.
For me, i like open source and testing new roms.this is my interest and my job.
I can't see so many people interested like me and i don't have to,either.
Why do a customer has to interest some kind of risky things for increasing battery life?
This is interesting...

Custom ROMs are as risky as roller coasters : follow the instructions, and enjoy the ride, as long as you're not doing anything idiotic

Yeah it looks easy for people like us a little interest and carefully reading helps you to install.
what if you do every step correctly but yellow triangle freezes on booting after root ?
I've seen so many people unplugged usb cable and caused motherboard fecked

Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk | That is a scary occurrence, alright. It happened to me once when I was first rooting my old Droid. I hadn't installed a custom recovery. Then, I just read up some more on flashing a custom recovery. Once that settled, everything I did afterward was in the clear. That's why I think a tool like unrevoked is invaluable for those wanting a foolproof rooting process.
