Just installed the 1400, and have it clocked to that. Everything seems to be working fine. I'm going to run it through the day, and see how it makes out. Woohoo!
OC'ing has improved the overall performance of my phone. Now understand I have it rooted with a lag fix and and OC'd Kernel. Spot probably has a near setup. Download quadrant from the market and run a full benchmark test and post your results with an un-rooted, un-lagged fix fascinate I would like to see the results. PS when I rooted I immediately blew out the bloatware and re-googlized my phone.
It's going to be difficult to get an accurate battery gauge, today, because I have been swapping kernels around all day. I am now back to Dirrk's 1400 kernel, and am going to stick with it for a bit.
So I finally got Voodoo on tonight but I went with the stock 1ghz kernel. My D1 was prone to boot loops when installing anything over 1ghz. What happens with the fascinate if you loop? Is it just a matter of loading the stock recovery and launching update.zip(placed there by the CWM install) to get into CWM? Then just have a stock kernel w/voodoo to load?
This is what I did on the D1 but I wanted to be ready.
