I have had a few android devices and usually root to my liking. But i have the droid 1 and cant get it to root. i dont like the email (pop 3) program thats on it. I like the one thats on the mytouch 4. I like to set how much of an email gets loaded right away and pick how many emails show up. anything i can do without root?
Basically can i switch email programs or do i need to root or buy an app?
