Default email attachments?

Was just wondering if there is a way of viewing email attachments without having to save it to my sd card. It seems like whenever I want to view them I have to save them and then go into my files to see it.

I think you can push preview. At least I can through the Gmail app.

Mine just open on pressing or as obvious says use the preview option.
