Check out the other android sites like androidforums, xda, etc. Plenty of buzz on those sites.

I played around with a couple of them and like the phone, but I'm waiting to hear more about battery life, seeing as it isn't removable. I like the Razr's screen a lot more than my Bionic's, so I might swap it out, but I've got more than a month to decide. In the meantime, my Bionic is doing pretty well, and once the first update hits, it SHOULD be even better, save for the screen, which is playing second fiddle to the Razr's IMO.

The razr screen is night and day better than the bionic.

Not from any of the reviews I've read so far. I don't have one, so I can't say first hand, but every review I've read, faults the Razr's screen.

a customer of mine had one in here and i was helping her out with it (she switched from a regular flip style phone) and from what i saw it looked good. she just wasn't happy with the battery life. she said that half way through the day it would be depleted. i just smiled and said "welcome to android"

I just got a Razr Monday. I had a Fascinate before (HUGE mistake by the way if you don't want to root and rom it). Here is my honest opinion on it.

I get about 15 hours of use before my battery goes down to 30% BUT I live in a sketchy 4g area so it switches back and forth causing a lot of battery drain. I also have a few widgets running that update every hour so that doesn't help. This is actually just as good as I was getting with my Samsung device. I make a few calls, text a LOT and use the browser a fair amount so I think this is reasonable.

The rear camera takes really dark pictures. I don't mind because I use my Cannon DSLR for any pictures I would want anyway. Haven't messed with any of the settings so I don't know if it can be improved. Don't know about the front camera because I seriously doubt I will ever use it.

The screen looks almost as good to my eyes as my Fascinates did. Not quite as good but close. I know a lot of reviews pick it apart but I have to say I think it is above average. Now that is my opinion so yours may be different.

All in all I love this phone. It is fast. Haven't noticed any lag yet. It is BIG but almost impossibly thin. Would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a new device. I have a grudge against Samsung so I didn't feel the need to wait for the Nexus device coming. The only thing that I can say I am honestly worried about is this phone doesn't seem to take being dropped very well. Saw some cracked screens when reviewers dropped them on concrete. Guess this is a risk with any device though.

Thanks for the review. I got it's older brother Droid 3 which is thicker and has a keyboard and is only 200 MHz slower and it actually seems to run very nice. I love my phone. I think Motorola has improved hardware quality the last few generations of phones.
