    I still havent set up my google voice....what are the benefits of it, only line I have is my cell, dont use a home number.

    The best thing is you can give out the GV number, rather than your cell number, that way people calling you can still contact you or leave messages, without having your direct cell or home number, unless you want them to have it.

    And when setup to do so, GV can send you a text or email when voice mail is left, if you miss a call. Call screening is also a nice feature, especially when expecting a call from someone and they call from a number you don't recognize, allwing you to listen to the call before answering.
