    If you do cardio to workout, this app is amazing. I used it for the first time yesterday on a walk/jog around a park. The app tracked my path, recorded distance, time, average speed, & calories burned. You can set it up to give you verbal notifications at various points. I had mine tell me after I had hit each mile. It works in the background so I was able to respond to some texts and emails that came in during my workout. I also listened to music the whole time.

    This is all in the free version. With the paid version, it gives you specific workouts to do and verbally let you know if you're keeping up. I'd get the paid version, but that's what I'm paying my trainer to do, lol. Maybe I'll get it after my time with her is done. I'm in no way affiliated with this app, I'm just excited about it & wanted to share .
