The amazing ahmadie at XDA made this. The weather/clock widget is actually two widgets made to look like one when you scroll through home screens. I took a screen shot mid scroll to show what I mean.

I'm subscribed to THAT thread over XDA forum. There u can see some serious professional looking screens. And amazingly everybody is sharing everything. Their whole setup w/links provided. I love that thread!

Bought a Nexus S and got a multi-phone...hehe. I'm using an Xperia Arc ROM on my NS, which seems to be perfectly functional and actually better than an Xperia because of the NS' better display. Was always wanting a Sony phone and now I can experience one. This is an ICS (Android 4.0.4) ROM
How did u flash?

There's much guidance on Google if you are interested in flashing your Nexus. You first need to unlock and then root your phone. Then flash a recovery - the most common and popular recovery is Clockwork Mod (CWM). Then, once CWM is installed, you boot into it through the phone's native bootloader and flash your choice of ROM, which will be in a zipped file format.
It's actually much easier than it sounds. But anything I flash I find in Google searches. My query is nothing more than Nexus S custom ROMs.
Lol I riot and flash myself bro lol I wanted to know how did u flash a Sony rom on the ns4g and still got data??
