I do not know what "lazy list" is, but two good task apps are Tasks To Do Pro and Wunderlist. What is real good about Wunderlist is that it is on iOS, Android, Windows Phone, and Windows 10. Microsoft brought the company who makes Wunderlist and it is being turned into a Windows universal app.

NotePad+ is what I use it's freaking awesome. Plus you can add pictures and files to the notes. It was well worth the buy.

I've been using ABI Notes for some time, after playing with others. Simple, blindingly fast, notes and to do lists.
