Looks like all you need to do is delete a personal web folder.

Same. I got the 80630056 yesterday on my onenote. I also have 2 stage authentication set up. I have to type in the last 4 numbers of my phone number and it sends a code to type in.
It's not a showstopper for me though, I use Evernote more.

Same problem here as well, I've tried everything I can think of. Reboot, reinstalling the app, re-adding my Microsoft account to the device, but none of it has worked.

I have two-factor authentication enabled as well.

If anyone's interested, I've started a thread on Microsoft's Community forums about this. Hoping that maybe Microsoft can do something about this on their end by updating the app. If you want to help me get their attention, you can find the thread here: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/...6-285bf95b87a0

Went to office.live.com as per Microsoft (except I used chrome not IE) Able to login even see that I have three one note files. If I try to open one I go right back to the one note app with the same problem. Worked fine on the Z30...this is annoying.

I don't see anything on the blackberry support site at all.

This is driving me crazy also. I have tried a bunch of things, uninstalling, reinstalling, deleting the Web folder, deleting accounts. No luck on any of those.

Has anyone gotten onenote working yet?

I went to my OneNote application and created a brand new notebook, then I transferred all of my notes over. I went back to the Priv and under Sign In I added a new account, signed in under my same Office365 account and it WORKED!!

You can add me to the list too. Had to default to the priv notes app until fixed. Office works fine.

Arrgghhh, the one app that I use the most and I can't get it to work. Something ironic about the fact it worked fine on my passport, and not on my Priv. Please fix Microsoft!

Same. It's been driving me nuts. I'm at least somewhat relieved to find out its not just me though.

I hope it gets fixed soon because I rely on onenote heavily and I'll be damned if I'm going back to Evernote.

I don't need recall as much as I do entry, though. So,for the moment I can get away with just using the stock notes app and transferring it all over to onenote later. But it's still a pain.
