    I'm trying to enable this so I can backup my photos to onedrive, but it's simply not letting me. Any ideas?

    Have no idea what "draw over other apps" means....

    With my OneDrive it saves most all photos and recognize new directories where apps create photo not saved in my PHOTO or Camera directory locations. If it is a standard photo format... my OneDirve saves it or asks me about it.
