    I swear I used to have DTEK sounds turned off. I'd still receive the notification in the notification shade but sounds wouldn't play. Am I forgetting where to change this? Is it not possible? I swear it was.

    Not exactly. Turning those off will disable notifications altogether. I just don't need the sound every 3 seconds while using a weather app.
