I had a BlackBerry 10 app I purchased for a dollar that provided me Bluetooth keyboard and mouse controls to my pc without having to run a server on the pc. Does this exist for android?

Who would have thought I'd miss a non-native BlackBerry10 app on my Priv...

I'm looking for the same thing! I loved the Blue Touchpad app on my Passport, but I can't find anything similar for the Priv. There is one app that is pure BT, no server, but it doesn't work with the Priv's pkb. It does work with slab phones, in case anyone is interested: https://play.google.com/store/apps/d...e.btpluginhidd

If someone finds something similar that works with a pkb, please post it here! I will write to the Blue Touchpad dev and beg for an Android app.

Edit: my mistake, it was a different app that worked but didn't recognize the pkb. The pure BT app required root access, and I'm surprised it was even allowed in GP.

I got a reply from Zour Labs, the devs of Blue Touchpad. You can't create such an app for Android unless you root the device. So with our unrootable BB's, we're SOL. Damn.
