Here's another interesting app I found. The quick tiles are pretty limited and even after activating the system UI tuner, customising them was still limited.

Provided you're on marshmallow, you can use this app to add custom toggles or apps.

Set up is pretty simple. Open the app and give it the one permission it requires. Set up needs to be done manually since we can't root our BBs but it's pretty simple and the instructions in app are very clear.

You can add additional toggles and also links to Apps. You can customise short press and a different fiction for long press.

Inbuilt icons (adhering to material design of the quick toggles) or custom icons can be used for the tile.

The app works well and requires no intrusive permissions. There is an add at the bottom of the screen.
