I recommend uninstalling android apps using the Device monitor using the storage tab.

Yes, install and delete android application on BB Z10. Some application can be deleted and some aplication cannot, ie Skype and FlightRadar24.

Use clean master to uninstall the apps. From delete from app tray
After that you can check whether it's fully uninstalled in app manager.

Why use a third party app to handle a task the OS does natively?

    First off, welcome to CrackBerry!

So do you mean that the apps or the icons keep coming back even after a seemingly successful Delete?
Try a device reset first. (NOT the same as a Restart.)

Hold down top key of device and do not release. Ignore any onscreen countdown, options to Restart, etc.
After the red LED turns on then back off, release the button.

    Anything better after that reboot?
