OK so don't flame me with the look it up yourself posts please because I have been trying but I honestly am having a tough time understanding some of these threads, I'm looking to be able to download apps like snap chat etc.... But not sure if I download the app directly or have to "sideload" whatever exactly that means, was just hoping someone can help me with some quick insight as to the steps I need to take or do I just go directly to the playstore from my phones browser and download from there?

My advice is to take it slow. If you just thrust your way in, it could be a messy, painful experience. But if you spend enough time preparing, things will be VERY pleasurable.

Question for the OP... what made you want the Q10? the keyboard is great, but the screen is so small I'm using a Z30 (came from a Z10, 9900, torch 1 and 2... and the list goes on) and I can honestly say that this virtual keyboard is by far the best keyboard out there - just a little something for you to think about
