I had to get a replacement device. I thought changing the config and pinlist file to coincide with my new PIN would work. I thought wrong. So I went to the link provided on this forum and submitted for new token - twice - never showed up in my email.

Add the PlayBook manager>add your device Ip usb or wifi then click save.
Click your ip at the bottom of the page and a page will come up say warning or something, click proceed, it'll load a page with a list of your installed apps> drag and drop on the right corner or click the install tab.
