I have a sony reader does anyone know if i can get an android app i use reader library on the pc can't seem to find anything that works i able to side load and able to convert them i think lol

Cannot really figure your situation but here goes...
If it is about accessing Sony's online library for books you have already purchased, I think not. The Sony Reader android app, I think, does not work on the playbook. But if you are able to retrieve the non-drm books using the the reader on the PC, then you can copy the books to the PB easily and most readers from App World or sideloaded android ones should work.
