I downloaded many apps games but they are zip i which meta inf and few more apps are present but i dont know how to convert them to bar
i tried in graphical aid but it shows incorrect command path
so please anyone help me give me tutorial with screensnaps
and also tutorial on sharing files via wifi and bluetooth in windows 7

Where are you downloading .zips from?
Pretty much all apps can be downloaded/installed from App World.
