Hi ,
I used to do sideloading before, but i have now switched to Windows 8, downloaded the BlackBerry Desktop Software, and the lastest DDPB

Now I am unable to get any apps to my phone always get the same error, can someone tell me what is wrong ? and how i can get it to work ?

Check to see that you have the correct updated java files I think it is to sideload through DDPB on Windows 8.

Java is up to date, and re installed DDPB ..still the same anything else I can try ?

Me, too. Before I could sideload apps to both my Z10 & PB and now, all of a sudden, this error has emerged?!?!

Any solutions?

Same here ... Where sideloading worked previously ... getting "500" errors now.

There is something with updated app files on Good Ereader. Older .bar files work fine. Kozmonaut must be doing something different with the conversions.

all the apps work fine on my end, i test them on my own playbook and verify they work, while signing them with my api key and load them on my own playbook and if they work, i upload them to the site.

People told me if you use the google chrome plugin, you dont get this error.

it could be just a DDPB eror, try using this chrome plugin - https://chrome.google.com/webstore/d...k-app-manager/ and see if it works.

I deleted the non working bar from DDPB and the PC. Then I downloaded the file again and also updated Java.
Now it worked.

Deleting the bad BAR (Speedtest) and downloading again worked for me as well ... Thanks ralfyguy !!!
