Can PB run what's app?

I already have sideloaded what's app my question is is my wifi only PB capable of running what's app through wifi ?

You got it wrong I didn't ask for the app itself I already have a perfectly running app on my PB all I want is to know how to get it working I even got it verified but then I got stuck with contacts problem as there were obviously no cellular contacts in my PB I tried adding one manually and even got it marked favourite in order to get it working but it didn't work
Please help out

Swipe from the top to view the options, then select contacts, swipe again from top and select new contact, write the name and phone number of your contact and press done, select your new contact and done.
