I found a download from XDA Developers for the Samsung Remote/SmartView app that has been modified "to work on all android devices" ....would you please convert? Perhaps this version will work on the Playbook....

Is there a working version of a-torrent?

I have tried the latest version from goodereader but that comes up with an error on startup and will then not open any torrent files.

The errors are as follows:

On startup = The application aTorrent (process com.mobilityflow.torrent) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again.

Trying to open a torrent = Invalid BitTorrent format: com.mobility.bittorrent.a.e: string is too long <!DOCTYPE ht /sdcard/download/ filename.torrent

Anyone manage to get this working or can anyone recommend a better client?

I have tried playtorrent but that works so rarely it is not worth happening.

You could try swarm? It's not as good as aTorrent but it works.
