first batch new new apps.goodereader.com changes

1) we have added tabbed browsing on the side bar! Instead of lots of categories, we are showing more apps with less space! You can check it out, right now we have reading and audio apps for BB10 and Playbook.

we have just implemented phase 2 of the app store upgrade! Less ups show up by default, in the past say games showed 1000 apps on the same page, it would take forever to load. Now 25 apps show up by default, with a next page/previous page
we also added a new DOWNLOAD PAGE for each app!! You can get the description, check out similar apps and even check out videos now!!

we made it a point to move more towards a tabbed browsing approach, to give you more options, without cluttering up the UI. Most apps don't have videos, but we will change this in the coming weeks!

let me know what you think, if you have any suggestions for anything, let me know

edit: we are aware of one bug with pagination we are looking to fix.
