Anyone seen this Error Screen before?

It did not clear for a while. Android Player is definitely odd. I tried a few times and that screen and my choice (left box) just stayed there. Close, try running app, same screen, a few times within five mintues. Came back a while later and stuff ran again. I did not reboot. I got one of those INITIALIZING screens and then an app ran.

Nope, never seen that before. Did it come up when you was opening a android app?

Yes. But I'm not sure if Words w/Friends or Klondike Solitaire. I selected the left box and it turned yellow. But that was it. Nothing. No swipes worked at that point except to shrink to background and reopen full-screen. Finally, closed it. Try again, same screen when trying to launch any android whether appworld or sideloaded. Close again, open again, no change. Finally, just went about other things. Later I tried again and got the Initializing screen and stuff worked.
