Anyone "in the know" on here that can confirm a date?

Is it the 13th (this Thursday) or 20th? Seems I am seeing both around the internet but most say 13th.

Appreciate any insight as my Treo 700wx just died today and I'd like to hold out for the Tour rather than settling for the Curve.
