Default verizon site

Can anyone sign into the verizon site yet? And is our username and password suppose to be the same from the Alltel site to the Verizon site?

I don't have "the letter" with me but I think I remember it stating that there would be a gap and that Monday the 13th we would have access.

Here in the Tampa Bay area, the lettter stated July 11th would be the day of the offical transition. I cannot stand Verizon, so I will be looking for ways out of my contract if they try to go againist any of my Alltel features. My main concern is the 5GB data cap, which I cross on most months. Alltel had no limit, and since I signed an Alltel contract, Verizon better not try imposing one on me.

Once my contract is up, I'll probably jump ship to Sprint even though their coverage is not as good. At least they don't lock down their phone and charge for every feature; not to mention the 5GB cap.

Strange, I called verizon yesterday interested in getting the Tour since my area changes over today and they told we I WOULD have to change to a verizon plan if I wanted a verizon device.

For the 900th time, if you want a verizon phone, you have to be on a verizon plan.

I find it hilarious how some ppl are so anti-verizon, but yet would carry around a verizon branded phone. *sigh*. (Im only responding to the first page of this post, I did read through every reply)

I just registered for the Verizon site and once I'm inside it lists the wrong phone. I have a Curve 8330 and it's listing a Pearl 8130. Is there any way to get them to correct this?
