Default Verizon Home Screen?
Will i turn on my Curve one day and it say Verizon Wireless instead of Alltel on the home screen?

I dont think so, since your curve was designed specifically for Alltel. If you have an AT&T phone and unlock it and put a T-Mobile sim into it, it wont boot up saying T-Mobile, so i dont see why it would be any different for this

Berry is absolutely correct. Your phone will say Alltel for life.

wow...who knew...

my old 360 Communications phone changed screens to Alltel after that merger....

Alltel screen it is then....
