Does alltel still offer the 89.99 Smartchoice plan?

Yes they do, because I have it.

But can someone upgrading to a BlackBerry change to that plan? I looked online and it was not one of the options. When I go to plans> voice & data plans it only has the $69.99 plan.

Click the up/down arrows beside the minute allowance to cycle through plans.

Well I tried the down arrow instead of the up arrow after the page opens and then it shows up. You would think it would be the other way around

I just got ordered my tour and curve last week on that plan. I just checked again, and you can get a two Tours for the prices of one. The 89.99 plan showed up for me.

Try picking the phone you want first, then the plan. See if that works.

The plan is there. I just figured the little gadget to increase "minutes" would also increase the price at the same time. So common sense would put the 89.99 plan after the 69.99 one, but I guess not for alltel e-biz. I had to press the down arrow when the page first loaded.
