New universal PRL coming next week

Well I called tech support last night regarding my intermittent dropped calls and was told that all of Ohio is affected due to some tower changed. I was also told a new and universal PRL will be being released next week and will be pushed to all smartphones (not sure about regular phones). Anyone else know anything about this?

Hello neighbor. I'm in Ohio too and have complained about random dropped calls for the past year. I've never heard anything about any of my complaints so I gave up calling a couple months ago. Whatever they do, they need to get it fixed. It's annoying having to call soneone back 5 times during a conversation and repeating everything you just said because you didn't get the tone letting you know the call was dropped. I'm usually talking to myself because of dropped calls. Insane!

Yeah it's really ticking me off right now. This never happened before. I did a 3G test yesterday and the speed was absolutely horrendous when compared to other providers' 3G service, too. I'm actually contemplating switching carriers and just paying the ETF.

I haven't had any problems out here in North Dakota.

I didn't have problems aside from cutting in and out and their net being slower than molasses in January!
