Default Lost BBM On Curve...How To Restore?

I have a friend who has effectively lost BlackBerry Messenger on her Alltel Curve (8330?)...and I need to help her reload it or find it. The icon is no longer on her home screen, and doesn't show up on the application list.

What can I do?

Does anyone have a link to the most recent Alltel OS so that I can load it again on her phone for her tonight...and that way be sure that BBM is there?
