Default Locked in Old Market - Can't change Number
So I was locked in Montana's Alltel market and they told me numorous times that I had no choice but to deal with it. I told them I ran a business and had to get a local number in PHX asap. After demanding a resolution I was able to drop my contract for free. You have to push and excalate to a manager but for the record the CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS DO HAVE THE POWER TO TERMINATE CONTRACTS FOR FREE. They will tell you they don't but it's confirmed. They DO!

I find it amazing how many people on here expect their wireless company to fulfill every part of their wireless contract, but they are not willing to fulfill their part.
