LG Tritan from Alltel having problems
About a month ago, my adult son got an LG Tritan and his 2 yr. upgrade on his Family Share line, as we were eligible back in Aug. for renewal. He upgraded, I did not on my line.
Now his Tritan is having some issues, and since Verizon does not sell this phone, what are his options ? We don't know if the problem is a hardware or software issue. I called the store where he bought it, and they told him they would try to fix it, or call in to corporate to see if they will replace it using his insurance. Are those his only two options? Use his insurance, or see if they can fix it inhouse?
I thought insurance was for owner-caused damage or loss/theft.
