Does it need to be unlocked? If so how do i go about doing so.

There's some people on these forums that have made a storm work on alltel, personally i'm not that brave but it can be done evidently...

See this is the reason why i made this topic, i've seen the other topic, I just don't want to be the one who ordered the wrong storm and has nothing but a really high tech paper weight. I want someone to assure me i can do it lol
