Default I'm as lost as Hogan's Goat???
So it says I can upgrade my phone, even though my new every 2 date is Feb 2010. But then how would I upgrade my plan? I currently have my wife and I's BB on an altell plan. I would love to upgrade to a tour, and upgrade my wife to a curve. I can add the tour to my cart, get up to the part were I put my cc in, but no mention of changing the plan. Surely I can't put a Tour on my Altell plan right? I don't want to order the phone, it get here, and me not be able to use it. Also it is not showing the discounted price for my wife's phone. I never had to pay full retail for it before. I'm confused! Please help!

Until your upgrade comes up in Feb 2010 you want a new phone you will have to pay full retail price for it. You won't get the discount prices until then.

No it's letting me upgrade it online. Just not my wife's. I haven't completed it yet, because I want to make sure I can first. I read on another post here that you can upgrade online with plan change. I just can't figure out how to do both at the same time.

When I tried to upgrade online it told me I would be eligable Nov 2009

Mine also said feb 2010, but below that it said upgrade available now.

Click on the upgrade now button and see what happens. Mine still says Nov 2009

It did let me go all the way up to putting my cc info in. I didn't want to do that without knowing what i'm getting into.

Yeah it gave me the promotional pricing. Just not my wifes phone. But these Verizon phone plans are crazy! It's almost 40$ more for a "similar" plan and that's with my employee discount. I would be 10 months away from just paying an ETF and breaking even going to a cheaper company. I don't know what to do now!

I heard they were outrageous. I wonder why I am not available for an upgrade right now. I have heard a lot of others say they were available early.

I believe you, as the primary, are being offered the annual upgrade. Your wife would still have to wait. Call csr. You should be able to upgrade by just resigning your existing contract
