| | I cannot decide between the Samsung Delve and the LG Tritan Samsung Delve (Phone Arena) LG Tritan (Phone Arena)
I want both of them, but I can only have one, so which do you guys think is the better phone out of those two
oh and my cousin has the Samsung Eternity on AT&T and I love it, the Delve looks similar to it, but idk how good it is compared to it

The eternity and the delve are similar, but my personal opinion would be to go with the Tritan because it has the accelerometer and a full QWERTY keyboard. Again, that's just my opinion.

Been doing this whole cellular thing for 4 years and counting... This is my opinion and in no way reflects the opinion of Verizon Wireless or its affiliates. Please take any advice/comments I may give as my opinion and nothing more. |

I've played around with it some, and although I personally am waiting for the Storm 2 to come out, it is a solid device. We both tested out both the Tritan and the Delve at the store, an we both like the features on the Tritan better. Since he upgraded from a non-smart phone device, he is in hog heaven with all the extras on his Tritan. The only downside I've heard him mention is less battery life from his old phone, but then that would be true for any smartphone he would upgrade to.

I would suggest you avoid the Delve. I bought one Jan. 30 and I've gone through 3 of them. Some of the features are nice but...

I'm told), so I want to use my upgrade to get the Storm 2 and not waste it on a device I wouldn't use for very long. As far as I'm concerned, there really isn't any phone with Alltel, except for the Tritan that I'd want to upgrade to...hence, the decision to wait. I'm sacrificing upgrading with Altel plans to move into the more expensive Verizon plans, but in the end, it seems to make better financial sense.
And then there is the Sony Ericsson "Rachael" that is on the horizon...not even sure what carrier it will be available on, that looks VERY interesting (Android based OS, full touchscreen and nice stuff all around.)

I would get the Tritan because we do a lot of replacements it seems on the Delve. Of course I don't really have any experience with the Tritan so it could be just as bad.
If I were you I would wait until you convert and get the Omnia 2 when it comes out.

I would definitely take the Tritan... I almost always will take Samsung devices over LG devices, but the Delve seems to have a lot of issues with the touch screen, and overall the phone doesn't seem to have the high quality feel to it that both AT&Ts Eternity and Sprints Instinct have...

However, I am going to port over when the BlackBerry Storm 2 comes out, the Omnia looks nice, but I am not dealing with Windows Mobile again
