how-to receive all email from accounts in gmail??

OK, I have been using gmail for years. I have several other non gmail email addresses all being received into gmail via POP3. gmail is used as a single respository.

My Blackberry however will only deliver email to my device that is addresses specifically to the gmail acct not the other add-on accts.

Is there anyway to have these accts email go to the gmail inbox on my blackberry as well?

I really don't want to have to set-up all these accts in BIS.

I can obviously see the "missing" emails with Google's gmail app on the bb but it's lack of labeling made me switch to BIS once the Enhanced plugin was released.

(I really wish just one of these two would get it right...maybe bb has and I am missing something.)

I also tried to set-up a filter in BIS so if one of my other addresses was in the "To:" field to deliver it, that didn't work.

Please tell me I'm missing something...

Wow.. how many accounts do you have? Why not just set them up in BIS? Takes a few minutes. Or you could setup forwarding on those accounts to forward to your Gmail rather than Gmail fetching the e-mails.

I just tested your setup and it only delivers what comes to my Gmail address as well. This could be some sort of security with Gmail or an opportunity to sell you something.

I have 7, and honestly 95% of my email comes directly to gmail address. But I don't want to set up in BIS because of several reasons, I won't get the benefit of the anti-spam of gmail, and I won't be able to label or archive, etc.

Why it became an issue is because I am forwarding some email from my work acct (Exchange) that goes through some filters to my gmail address. And these won't come to my blackberry because the to field contains my work addy. I really needed this to work.

I don't know enough about gmail and BIS to understand why this doesn't work.

I still have the Google gmail app on my bb, so I guess I can just open it and check to see if something else is in there, not ideal, but it will work for now. Was hoping I was just missing something.

I wish they would just get labeling done in the goog gmail app then I can switch back to it and eliminate BIS.

Basically you just have to turn off the option to reply from the same address as the mail in gmail dot com > settings > Accounts and Import

When receiving a message:
Reply from the same address the message was sent to
X Always reply from default address (currently blah)

Simple solution works great!!

Still have an issue with emails being forwarded from work to Gmail, but that could be a work/exchange issue. If not and i find a solution I'll post it.

If it ends up being a gmail issue I may just forward those to my blackberry/provider address.
