how many millions is Alltel stealing?

I wonder how many millions Alltel has made for service not provided. I moved to VZW a few days into a billing cycle and Alltel wants a full month revenue. No prorated bill even though they provided no service.

It's not just Alltel, it's all cell companies. When you get ready to cancel (when your contract is up), you need to know your cycle date or you will get screwed on that final month as well. They are all crooks and you have to deal with them if you want a cell phone. We all get screwed, it's just a matter of how much.

call alltel and ask for a copy oh ur bill, when u pay for your cell service you are actually paying in advance, a month ahead. call them and ask for a print out showing that and ask about how alltel bills their customer. u shouldnt have to pay anything.
