Default Can't dial 1-800 #'s

Ugh

I can dial long distance, I can dial local #'s

I just can't dial ANY 1-800, 866, 877, etc #'s.

Gives me a voice error

"All circuits are busy, please try call again later message announcement 8 switch 342-5"

any ideas?

dial *611
report it to ts.
probably is a switch issue that needs to be fixed via a ticket. it won't be an immediate fix, but it may never get fixed if you don't get it reported.
