axcess charge on my bill ?

I noticed a $9.99 charge on my monthly bill
is there a charge to use Axcess I only checked the weather a couple times last month.

If you look in the individual charges on the bill it should say what it is that you are being charged for. It will either have the name of a downloaded app or subscription service.

I did look that that is where I seen Axcess
