Default Anyone else having issue with minutes of use?

Logged on to the new vzw site earlier to check my minutes since we just switched to the 500 smartchoice with 2 lines last month. Well long story short is I have gone over my plan by about 100 minutes so far this cycle. Confused by this I use their spread sheet and look at my monthly usage and have around 150 minutes less usage after I take out my circle people, calls made after 7pm, weekends, and alltel/vzw customers.

Anyone else notice this yet? Has got to be a mistake. I am not looking forward to having to go into a store and go over my usage number by number to get this straight.

The only way I could figure out if some of my numbers were indeed "in network" numbers was to enter them into the box to check for porting availability and read the response. Is there an easier way with out straight up asking people I talk to to find out if they are vzw/alltel?

I haven't received this months bill yet, but I somehow doubt this will be the only "glitch" with a switch over of this size going on.

Well after calling CS I got no where. He suggested I go into a store. Haha. Great! Hope this is just a glitch!

When I logged into myverizon it stated that I will not be able to check my minutes of use until after July 17--i can make payments. I like how they send messages to your phone about payments made or your balance.

Exclamation Bill Issue

high life. Has your bill come out yet? if not your can migrate to the 1200 minute plan for $20 more. Or call Alltel and have them do a one month Bill rerate at the 1200 minute plan. Make sure your MyCircle Numbers are correct too.

Went in a store and they are using the merger as the reason. No other explanation. Agreed to up me to the 1200. Wow, first dealings with vzw and already costing me more money when they clearly saw I am not in the wrong.

Judging by all the other people in the store, they will probably start loosing customers as contracts expire.

Here's the mobile to mobile checker

Verizon Wireless - Mobile to Mobile Calling Family

Good luck. With our usage and habits, Verizon will not be a good fit once we're off of our Alltel plan. We have 18 months left, so there's no crisis yet.

You can go to the whitePages, and under the more serches tab there is a mobile carrier look up. Hope this helps.

Thanks. Vzw is crazy! They have no explanation for me. They just shrugged their shoulders and suggested a higher plan. They did not even try to argue that I am talking over my minutes. Not looking forward to the next 10 months of my contract.
