Default Alltel service issues

I have 4 lines on Alltel, today 2 of the 4 lines cannot place or receive calls. The 2 that can make/receive calls, drop calls continuously to the point that u only want to send text messages. I live in southeastern NC, is anyone else having these issues? I did call alltel and they did open a trouble ticket but I more than likeky won't hear anything from anyone til tomorrow.

call 1-501-905-8000

that is a direct line to the corporate headquarters and try speaking with executive relations, that has always worked for me when I have problems

I've had a couple of dropped calls in the past few weeks were I haven't had an issue before

Girlfriend is on Alltel with a moto Q and has been having a ton of issues with dropped calls and such especially since they made her update her PLR

I was having same problem about a month ago, in east tx. It was right before they did a mass system update. U might ck with adv cust svc and see if one is in the works. Funny thing, after it happened I, and many others, were without svc for almost 12hrs. A few days later I got my letter in mail explaining that they were going to do an upgrade. But after updating phone, calls and signal strength way better. No choppie calls. No dropped calls.

I have two lines on my account that always roamed on Sprint and never had any issues. About 2 months ago, they started to roam on Verizon and the service dropped to almost nothing. Drop calls, calls not going through, etc. I had to change their PRL with QPST to get them back on Sprint.

I would always recommend calling tech support before calling corporate right away. If there is a new outage in your area, it does help to report it since maybe no one realizes there is an outage.
