Have you tried re-registering the Host Routing Table and resending the Service Books.

It isn't confined to your phone...their mobile broadband is doing quirky stuff, also. I went into the store yesterday and complained. Was told they didn't know what was going on...that a few others had come in with issues, too. It was suggested I bring in my laptop and let them work on it. I didn't have time...but I do suspect it has something to do with the upcoming merger of the two companies. It is still not opening some pages today...like I can't get Yahoo home page to open...or Facebook.

nothing I've done seems to help...it seems confined to the broadband data signal...on some URL's...not all of them. Sometimes I can get CNN to load and sometimes not...can't get Yahoo at all.

It is a DNS issue and is affecting certain customers. Some websites will come up without a problem and some won't (yahoo, facebook, etc..)

This is a "known" issue and is being worked on, but you guys should still call in so tickets can be created on the issue.

This could be how your data is being routed through the network. At one point you could be using one HA (home agent) and then when you cross back over using the HA causing the problems. This is not PRL or market specific. It just matters where you're at when you connect.

Try typing in in just the IP address of Yahoo.com in your address bar to see if it will go to the site - Yahoo: 209.191.93.53

typing in the URL for Yahoo worked...I haven't been able to access Yahoo for 4-5 days now. I will call Tech support and let them know I am having issues with my mobile broadband connection. This issue is driving me crazy...Facebook, etc...just won't load using the normal URL.

Issue should be resolved - go ahead and reconnect and see if it works.

Called tech support. She told me it wasn't a network issue, but maybe because I was using Windows 7.

I wasn't buying it. Anyway, she was going to send a different PRL to my mobile broadband number....and since the phone call, it does seem to be working much better.
