Exactly! There is absolutely nothing wrong with my phone. I'm just not used to my phone yet.

I'm like wtf.

You must be on your phone 24/7....

Per BlackBerry.com, the 8130 has Talk time of 220 minutes or 3.7 hours

Depends on usage....if you talk on your phone constantly 24/7, yea 3 to 4 times would be correct.

I'm not constantly on the phone though. I rarely talk more than 3 hours and I don't particularly use my phone all that much.

No its not normal. You can edit your brightness and stuff like that but you shouldn't be charging up so often that may be damaging your battery. You may need a new battery.

I second a new batt and maybe a new phone. That's unacsetable, you can't live like that not with what u pay. I know I had to charge 2 twice a day when I had a ppc6700. But I was running wifi gps data and voice all the time.

Maybe a batt will fix.

I am a heavy user on my curve, gps, bluetooth and media/web going almost constantly. My battery will last me a day and a half like that. I've plugged mine in every night since the day I got it over a year ago, and contrary to popular beliefe, it's not hurting the battery.
