Default *228 Doesn't work
Well its the 17th and i'm stuck in Maryland and cant get a PRL update yet what gives? Activation unsuccessful isnt the transfer complete with Alltel and Verizon

Are you roaming? If you are, that could be why you *228 isn't working.

Yes I am roaming and wont be in my area till Dec. Is there a way i can install the PRL manually? I have the latest PRL file on my laptop and tried to load it via qspt but it wouldnt take.
