Share a Mac software converting movies or videos to Blackberry, iPhone, iTunes...

I bought Apple Mac a while back, and confronted lots of problems. One of them is that: I am a movie fan and watch many different ones everyday! While on a trip, the problem is turning up - I have to transfer the movies or videos to my portable devices –either iPhone or PSP…….but ...u know, though there’re many softwares under Windows that can convert between almost all formats like MOV, AVI, WMV, MPEG1/2/4, 3GP, MP4, etc., there’s seldom software under Mac
I searched and lingered on many sites that related to video converting. Finally, with great luck, I pick out a free (Giveaway valid before 15th, April) one – WinX DVD Ripper for Mac.. Now I’d like to share it with all of you guys ... today I convert and share my favourite movies to iTunes by using it…works fine on my Mac...enjoy!
