Default Serial Numbers

Aerize does not manage Serial Numbers provided by our partners. The registration key or serial number is a 5-digit number containing no letters that unlocks the full functionality of the product when successfully entered. Please check to make sure you are entering the correct code.

Please contact the site from which the key was originally purchased and request a new serial number. They will be able to assist you in retrieving your registration code. Please be sure to provide any information relevant to your purchase such as your Device PIN found in your device, your purchase email address and any order or transaction numbers you may have.

The problem may be that your spam filtering software has blocked their response e-mails. Please check to see if they're in your filtered messages. Otherwise, if you'd like to PM us your Mobihand order ID and your new device PIN, we'll try to contact them directly.

Default I am having the exact same issue here

I've been trying unsuccessfully now for over a week. I purchased several Aerize products and mobihand is not sending me updated codes for my replaced phone. What else can I do? I've emailed your service address, and the support@mobihand address multiple times with nothing other than an automated response to post here.

Mobihand is usually very quick to respond during the work week; if you haven't received anything by the next few days, please check your "junk mail" folder to make sure they're not getting filtered.
