Lost serial information

Hello, i purchased Aerize Alerts about a month or two ago and lost the email which has my serial number. Since i updated my OS and reinstalled my apps, it requires me to put my serial # back in which i received when i purchased it, but my emails have been done and deleted by now, Any way i can give you my information and you can get this info for me?

Did you buy it from CrackBerry.com Shop? If yes, log into your Shop account, and then choose 'change' next to your model ID. Once you do that, you'll have the option next to the applications you've bought to get a new license number...

Some months ago, I took was able to download a free version Aerize, v. 1.2.2.2 from CrackBerry.com. I was very satisfied with its operation and the price. My pin# 30369A64. I am constantly asked for a serial number. Please provide a solution.
