Help lost my emails!

HEre is the situation. I downloaded the Aerize app, after downloading my emails were gone. I then deleted the app hoping this would solve the problem. I was getting notifications that I was receiving emails however when I would open the folder it was empty. I have done service books, and battery pulls. Please help I miss my emails.

Odd, are you still not receiving/showing emails on your BlackBerry? I take it you set the permissions to 'allow' for the application, too, right?

The common case where "installing something new causes old messages to be delete" is that your device memory is too full. When this happens the BlackBerry will start to remove older messages to make space. If there still isn't any space, it will just not download any more messages. The solution should be to delete some data or applications to free up space.
